Whether you do the pre-check-in online or in person at our reception, we will require a government issued photo ID and a valid credit card to complete the check-in. The credit card will not be charged, but authorized in the case of any damages during the stay.

Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive a message from us (either via WhatsApp, Email, or through the third party booking website you used) to complete your pre-checkin. This is to ensure we have all the information needed to check you in when you arrive, which will greatly speed up the check-in process.

For all reservations made under the flexible booking policy, full payment will be charged 5 days prior to arrival. For non-refundable reservations, payment will be charged within 24 hours of booking. If a payment fails, you will have 48 hours to provide updated card details. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

All rooms have a limit of 2 persons per room. If this does not exceed the 2 person this is acceptable- however the sofas are usually not big enough.

Our reception is open 24 hours, so you are welcome to check-in any time after 3pm. If you arrive before this, we would be happy to see if any rooms are available for early check in. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed. Any early check in before 13:00 would be an additional cost of £15/€15

None of our properties offer on-site parking

We have adopted a cashless policy at all our properties. We accept all major credit cards or bank cards for payments at the property, additionally you can pay by bank transfer for the reservation prior to arrival.

At our 24 hour reception desk you will find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Don't be shy and ask our staff for anything you may need. They are there to help.

We do not provide toiletries in the room but these are available for free from the reception desk.

You can rent a hairdryer for your stay from reception for a small deposit. You can also borrow irons and fans for your convenience. Please note these items are all subject to availability at the time.

We are unable to provide extra beds in our bedrooms. Please note all our Double-Ensuite Beds are small Double Beds (120cm). All our beds are attached to the wall on one side.

Our properties do not have on site parking. Our reception team will happily direct you to the closest available parking in the surrounding area.

We supply all bed linen for your bed. Extra pillows & duvets can be requested at reception.

Unfortunately we do not offer baby cots at any of our properties. Please note that as per our fire safety regulations a double room at Destiny Student has a maximum occupancy of two people which includes a baby.

Our reception team will also be happy to assist you with any tours you might be interested in.

Yes, we can store luggage after check-out. Due to limited space we charge £5 per bag that you'd like to store.

We have limited availability for luggage storage. This is charged at a fee of £/€5 per large bag per day to store at any time. Rather than dropping your bags off to us before 15:00 check in or after you check out, we recommend finding a more central location through companies such as Radical Storage.

Check-in starts from 3pm on your arrival date. Check-out is until 10am on your departure date.

Most of our receptions are open 24 hours a day for your convenience. Some are open 7am-Midnight with an on call number for after hours check in. This information will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, towels are included (1 per person per stay) and can be picked up from reception. Any additional towels are £/€5

We clean the rooms upon check-out. Extra cleanings can be booked in at the reception if you need. We offer a free change of sheets and light cleaning every 7 days if you stay for a longer period of time.

Absolutely, anyone is welcome to stay with us for any length of stay. The double ensuite rooms and studios are perfect for solo travellers or couples. Our private apartments are great for families or small groups and we can even tailor a reservation to fit larger groups. All guests aged 17 and below must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

Yes, all rooms have access to a kitchen equipped with essential cooking utensils, kettle, stove top, oven and microwave. The studio apartments come with their own kitchen in the room. The double ensuite rooms share the kitchen and lounge facilities with other rooms within the apartment (this can be from 4-8 rooms). If you book a private apartment, then the kitchen and lounge area is not shared with anyone else.

At check-in you will receive a key-fob for the main entrance, the door to your apartment and your bedroom. You are able to lock the door both when you leave your bedroom and when you are in the room.

We will leave basic cooking ingredients in the apartments if left by other guests, but we do not supply this as a standard.
